  1. Commencement

I spoke with Dean Mootz. The students will elect a professor and the administration is working on getting an outside speaker that is an esteemed Alumnus for our outside speaker. –NL

  1. Barrister Ball Update – Rachel/Brit
    1. 2 people lied and snuck into the ball.
    2. They told Brittany they paid but were not on any list. We will find him and make sure he pays for his tickets.
    3. Bad things: (Rachel) no bar on the 2nd floor even though we were told. Rachel to review contract to make sure we aren’t getting cheated on pricing. A lot of food leftover (well only chicken and vegetables). (Sara) staff was not refilling empty trays of food fast enough. (Rachel) caterers were difficult and wont be used. (Tyler) DJ was good but did not take his requests. (Rachel) talk to DJ. Great DJ and music but the photo booth was too dark and too small. (Rachel) Change after party location because we struggled to get people in on time. They had to wait in line. (Rachel) Use Giggle and Riot. They love us. Their photos are great.
  2. Adjourn Meeting
    1. Mary motion to adjourn
