Bylaws (as of February 2015) – Includes formal duties powers of SBA Board members, structure of SBA student government, rights of the student body, standing SBA Committees, and record keeping requirements. Changes are subject to two sets of 2/3s votes. The first vote initiates a public comment process for student input, which the SBA Board must respond, and a second 2/3s vote to ratify the proposed changes.
SBA Policies (as of April 2015) – Includes funding policy for student clubs, Election Code, and Transparency policy. Changes are subject to a majority vote unless otherwise established.
