Update from Signage meeting from Sylvia

– Signage meeting hosted by Marge Gray

Phase 1:

– McGeorge signs in alley way back up on Oct 4 and letters in breezeway

– Ceremonial event likely not happening

– 2 banners, Law school and other graduate school programs

– Alley way 2 new banners- edges are McGeorge(2), middle is UOP with program on opposite side of it

– Primary entrance to school likely going to change for ADA purposes

– Survey Monkey for students to get involved in voting on banner design.

– Phase 2:

– make use of print shop

– branding down 5^th street and parking lots

Mentorship program update

– Ways to revamp mentorship program

– Mixer after midterms at McGeorge house- possible 2, day and evening program

– geared towards 1Ls

– Possible money because BBQ was not put on

– Brandon as liaison because he is all around rep (Rep at Large)?

Library hours

– requests for more open library hours (extended hours)

– realistically extend hours, 24hrs likely too much

– 5:30am – 2am leading up to finals as test run

– 2 hours extension on both open and close times

– employees pay attention to number of students utilizing after hours

1L elections
