We are expecting about 150 students the price quote from Bon Appetit is $10.95 per person. (which is the same rate that they charged for last years Welcome Back BBQ) Kevin, the point person for Bon Appetit said that there should be enough food and that ordering for 150 would be perfect.

Here is my final version of the SBA Mentorship Budget for you to put to a vote. The price is exactly the same as my initial e-mail. Hummus with chips was .75 cents a person for 50 orders and I just replaced that with 50 orders of .75 cent Spanakopita which is a delicious spinach and cheese pastry. Comment (Neil Cacali- SBA Treasurer): .25 per page seems high. I think the quote was based on making a color copy and if that is the case, I don’t feel it is worth printing in color just for the top banner. I vote yes for the letter, but think there is either a cheaper alternative to getting the color elsewhere or just printing in b&w.
