Which activities and organizations are you involved with at McGeorge? At McGeorge, I am the Treasurer of the MESAA, board member of the Diversity committee, and Secretary of the Tennis Club. I am also a member of multiple other clubs on campus. I enjoy working with fellow students and volunteering on and off campus whenever I can.
What is your favorite part about law school and/or McGeorge? My favorite part of law school is the fact that I am learning information that is mentally stimulating and feel like I am developing the skills necessary to become a successful attorney. I am enthralled with the information I learn and enjoy having the opportunity to converse and be surrounded by individuals that have different perspectives on what we are being taught. McGeorge is a great school because the learning environment is so supportive and encouraging. The faculty really cares about its students successes and the student body is very diverse and up building.
What are your hobbies outside of law school? Outside of law school I love relaxing and getting together with my family and friends, reading, playing tennis and ping pong (even though I am not good), learning different languages and going to the gym.
What was the most memorable moment from your first year of law school? There are two experiences that I feel were the most memorable from first year. The first was being involved in mock trial. The second was having the opportunity to work at Legal Services of Northern California in the landlord/tenant division. I feel that both experiences really motivated me to keep working hard and helped me remember the reasons why I decided to go to law school.
