Join us for a free Webinar with the California Attorney General’s Office on November 6, 2014. The California Attorney General’s Office is presenting a free webinar for attorneys and law school students on the impact of social media in the litigation process. In recent years social media has crept its way into the litigation spotlight and now requires the attention of attorneys, litigants, jurors and the court in the prosecution of any litigation. Litigators must now learn how to utilize social media in the discovery process, how to address it in jury instructions, and most importantly, how to advise their clients in the effect it has to the success of a litigation. Presenters include: Matt Kubicek from the AG’s Office and Amy Lindsey-Doyle, a Deputy District Attorney General.
