The Capital Center has created a tradition of hosting the Gordon D. Schaber Lecture Series at the Sutter Club each fall and would like to invite you to attend this year’s event with Anne Stausboll, Chief Executive Office, CalPERS. This luncheon draws a good crowd of downtown lawyers and alumni, and provides students with an excellent networking opportunity.
To make it easier for students to attend, shuttles will be offered to and from the Sutter Club every 15 minutes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 1:30pm. Appropriate dress is business attire, and cell phones are not allowed at the Sutter Club.
This event is FREE for students, but seating is limited. Please R.S.V.P by October 5th to go.mcgeorge.edu/schaberlectureseries. If you plan to use the shuttle, please email mcgeorgecenters@pacific.edu so that we can plan accordingly.
As a mark of professionalism, should you R.S.V.P. yes, and later discover that you cannot attend, please be sure to cancel your reservation by October 7th at Noon. An assessed luncheon fee of $20 will be charged to your student account if cancelations are made after this date or if you choose not to attend.
