The University of the Pacific Law Review
The University of the Pacific Law Review is a student-run, scholarly journal published on a quarterly basis. Two issues each year contain professionally written articles and student-authored comments. One issue every year contains the Review of Selected California Legislation, known as “Greensheets.” Finally, one issue each year contains a symposium, focusing on a particular topic of legal significance.
Note on Journal Titles: Beginning with the 2015-2016 academic year the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law merged its two academic publications. The publications, McGeorge Law Review and Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal will now be published under the single title of The University of the Pacific Law Review. A guide to discerning the title and volume of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law publications by year can be found here.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each fall unless a cancellation request is received prior to September to prevent mailing of the fall issue. If a subscriber wishes to cancel mid-year, the Law Review would prefer to complete the mailing of the issues to complete the volume. The subscriber is responsible for any issues mailed prior to the date of the cancellation request. Duplicate copies of the Law Review will be sent with charge if non-delivery is based upon a change of address without notification.
A notice of the subscriber’s change of address must be received at least sixty (60) days before the date of the issue for which it is to take effect. Unless a claim is made for non-receipt of an issue (other than for an address change) within sixty (60) days of publication, that issue will not be supplied free of charge.
