2nd Annual SALDF Pet Food and Supply Drive Nov. 11 – 15 in the Student Center

The Student Animal Legal Defense Fund of McGeorge (SALDF) will be collecting pet food and supplies for the 2^nd Annual SALDF Pet Food and Supply Drive. Items will be collected from November 11^th until November 15th in the Student Center at Pacific McGeorge at designated drop-boxes. All donations will go to needy animals at Sacramento County Animal Care, where donations may also be dropped off directly.

Please bring any of the following items:

Food Items (Found at pet supply stores such as Petsmart/Petco)

• Canned/dry cat/Kitten food (Science Diet brand)
• Canned/dry dog/puppy food (Science Diet brand)
• Kitten & puppy milk replacer formula (KMR, Esbilac, 2^nd Step)
  • *Bolded items are urgently needed
  • Kitten & puppy feeding bottles
  • Timothy Hay (for rabbits)
  • Large rawhides for large dogs

Toys

• Kongs (hard rubber, stuffable dog chew toy)
• Dog/cat toys (squeaky toys, rope toys, balls, fuzzy mice, etc.)
• Cat scratching posts

Miscellaneous Items

• New dog leashes, collars, and harnesses
• New cat collars (safety/break-away type preferred)
• New litter boxes and litter-box scoopers
• Cat litter (clay or clumping type)
• 1 to 5 plastic ziplock-type food storage bags

Comfort/Care Items

• Blankets, bedspreads/comforters (no sheets or clothing)
• Puppy potty-training pads
