SACRAMENTO – On Saturday, August 18, 2012, the Military Law Society held its Welcome Kickoff Barbeque at Land Park.
VP of Administration, Phil Williams, BBQ’d 50lbs of chicken to the point of perfection. Club members, alumni, and family brought drinks and sides, eventually amounting to two full tables of amazing food.
The fun and games included Frisbee, Ladder Golf, and an intense game of Kickball that resulted in only a few injuries.
The BBQ lasted for hours, seeing the Sacramento weather go from mild to hot, and back to mild before the tables were folded up.
The BBQ was a great start to what will definitely be a full year for the Military Law Society.
