The University of the Pacific Law Review collaborates with the McGeorge Capital Center for Public Law & Policy to produce Under the Dome.

Under the Dome publishes original digital content and re-publishes hard-copy material from multiple sources, including The University of the Pacific Law Review and the McGeorge Capital Center for Public Law & Policy, which coordinates the Legislative & Public Policy Clinic and the California Initiative Review. Each group oversees its own editorial process.

The University of the Pacific Law Review publishes four volumes annually, including one on newly enacted legislation called “Greensheets,” which will appear on Under the Dome. Students research and write the articles, and several other student editors oversee and execute the production process, which includes an exhaustive “managing edit” of each article for citations, grammar, style, and content. The University of the Pacific Law Review will also edit original digital content posted to Under the Dome.

The Legislative & Public Policy Clinic and the California Initiative Review are courses offered to McGeorge students. In these courses, students construct legislative reports and papers on current bills and initiatives. The professors of the courses manage the editing process.
