Under the Dome is a collaborative publication by The University of the Pacific Law Review and the McGeorge Capital Center for Public Law & Policy. Under the Dome will publish material on California law and policy written by legal scholars, legislative and policy practitioners, and students.

The University of the Pacific Law Review
The University of the Pacific Law Review is a student-run, scholarly journal published on a quarterly basis. Two issues each year contain professionally written articles and student-authored comments. One issue every year contains the Review of Selected California Legislation, known as “Greensheets.” Finally, one issue each year contains a symposium, focusing on a particular topic of legal significance.

Capital Center for Public Law & Policy
The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law Capital Center for Public Law and Policy gives students the chance to learn to lead among leaders. Its location in California’s capital city provides opportunities for students to examine critical government issues while you completing a J.D. degree. The Capital Lawyering Program is one of few such programs in the nation, offering exclusive engagement and networking activities to students pursuing the Capital Certificate in Public Law & Policy.
The mission of the center is to educate lawyers to lead and to analyze and influence public policy.
